Breathing is a great stepping stone to combine more mindfulness based practices, more meditative based practices with breath work. We're helping to best control the nervous system and exert that autonomic regulation. When we can do that and we have that skill developed, then mindfulness just tends to be a lot more fruitful,. A lot more powerful, a lot more robust.
