i'd be very curious if we struggle with a little bit of depression. When it affects us for weeks, to me, that's a red flag a potential depression sif you're not seeng a therapus. I would assume you've seen a professional at one point or another and let them know this is happening. And what i assume is our negative thoughtals are spiraling out of control and ways we can stop them. As quickly as possible? It's going to be difficult, but we can get better as we try. We need to argue back with more neutral thoughts, those bridge statements i've talked about right now. Let us know in those comments down below.
