The Importance of Staying the Course

Simon Cowell: I think that the big point in everything you just said folks and this is what I say I'd say. It's not about a technology it's ultimately about the fact of what that allows you to do right. You know when you start out it might not be the most iconic the coolest brand on the planet. But if you hang in there and hang inthere and hang in there  and do your job, you might be able to steer that ship to where it is the coolest brandon the planet. That takes that sort of takes patience and rigor it's not about being a rock star or dropping the mic and walking out of the room.
