Adaptation Is a Critical Stage in Decision Making
If there's a huge time pressure and you absolutely have to make a decision right now, the only thing to be able to do is really yourself. And under time pressure, that may be the only thing you have time to try and reflect on. People often fail to adapt their way of thinking because they're always trying to confirm what we currently think is correct anyway. So people need to keep checking that their assumptions are correct,. Is there anything new? Is there anything else going on here that has changed since i started working through this process? It's just one of those critical stages that helps us in making decisions.
