How to Do a 30 Day Experiment
I don't think there's much negatives or downsides of doing the band pull apart experiment. Highly recommend it. Use that band that I recommended. There's is just called the mini band. If you're very weak, maybe you do 50 reps a day for 30 days. Be your own best coach. You don't just aimlessly follow what other people say.
