How to Know if a Movement Is Not Working
The excessive vogus during lending is a risk factor for ACL injury. Oftentimes when females injure themselves in lending, they injure themselves during vogus movement. So one thing I would not do is say, let's just now only squat with vogus. Let's practice running and changing directions. Vogus will happen in that situation. But you're not making the person focus and practice a particular movement. You should create conditions and constraints so that the movement will emerge however it needs to be.
