What I Learned From Managing a Call Center
The principles of like graphic design and taxonomy that go with that have not changed in that period of time. So I think in a way it has come full circle. What managing a call center or managing inventory teaches you to do is to forecast the most likely outcome. But then understand that the impact of being off of that forecast, one direction or another by a certain magnitude is more often than not really disproportionate.
