I think that I actually think that all two joint muscles follow the same pattern. Now we know that the rec van behaves like this. It has a very clear proximal activation during hip flexing activities, very clear distal region activation during hip extension during during the extension. And then we look at the hamstrings and they follow the samepattern. They've got proximal during hip extension and distal during the flexion. So it's possible that you could buy us one a little more than the other. But as far as changing that stuff around, I think sometimes what their idea is, is that I may be hitting the biceps a little differently or maybe I'm getting a little
