How Important Is Sleep on Alzheimer's Disease?
I think the message to move more and sit less, but move in whatever way you enjoy is a good message. There's really just strong evidence that, especially again, I could go back to women because I it's important. Your health in midlife is the best predictor of your health in all day and for the rest of your life. So this is really the time to focus on it and make sure that we are as healthy as we can possibly be.
