I would run performance and then that really is just to get me in a healthy position to train more like pure vertical stuff. And then I actually wouldn't, I wouldn't personally build that. I'd go to Paul Faberas. I think he's the best in the business and he's got a vertical program. You'll be setting your body up correctly by running performance with us. Then I would take out of Paul's program, what I, what I felt gave me the biggest bang for my buck. That's what I would do from his vert code.
