Grieving is something that is always going to happen. Is part of the human condition. It's made up of inaccurate expectations, low adaptation energy at the time we didn't expect the thing to happen, and we had low adaptation energy when it happened. Those three things come into it. Now we advocate the daily practice of vatic meditation. During the practice of vatig meditation, the mind is trained happily to leave its attachment to regular daily sensory experiences - even for 20 minutes.
