Engaging in the Moment Is a Wonderful Way of Taming Negative Self-Talk
When we're focused, you perceptually uncouple from other thoughts. Engagement is a wonderful way of taming this negative self-talk. That's when we're disengaged with what we're doing that we often struggle with this phenomenon. So whatever it is to get some accountability, to get some focus in the moment can be really, really helpful for this phenomenon too.
