Do You Feel Better With Creatine?
creatine has really helped me, especially in my shoulders, elbows, and wrists. Like when I do pressing movements, I just feel stronger. So it's really helped me. My joints feel better. They don't feel as creaky in the morning, if that makes sense. When I normally feel that way, when I'm training in the morning. Yeah. Do my anecdotal aspect of taking creatine in for the last month. How do you feel? I feel good. Again, we do a lot of morning workouts. You really never feel like you get warmed up if you train in the morning,. And sometimes, like your high end strength for your main lifts don't really feel that good
