The Asymetry of the Anti-Natalism
Anti-natalism is the idea that human lives contain more suffering than pleasure. But if you accept this, why not create babies with lots of pleasure and benefits? 'Because once it's been brought into existence, that would become a bad thing,' he asks. He then goes on to argue that even if we accepted his other arguments for anti natalism, there was still no symmetry between them.
