How to Stay Authentic When Writing

I think when my imposter syndrome flares up, I steer away from who I actually am. So how do you stay authentic when writing and not become a robot slash professional version, which is not like you? The posts that I've been most nervous about are actually the posts that I love the most. And there's definitely something to be said about vulnerability being where your best content comes out.
