The Effects of TLR8 on Natosis
TLR8 is a sensor for single-stranded RNA. They don't wanna use influenza viruses because they have RNA and they might tickle TLR8. Instead of influenza virus, they use polystyrene beads. So there's no tickling of TLR8, right? And, but they still get Natosis. But I don't know, I'm very unhappy with this experiment because TLR is still there,. Can we get rid of it?
