Shift Your Attention When You're Not Sure What to Do
Every single technique, when it works, involves you stopin doing what you're doing. And then when you've shifted your attention a what was really interesting is if the thing that you shifted to induced a positive emotion, then the technique would work. So all those techniques, whene its count, go for a walk, phon o friends, sleep on it, listen to music, whatever they ought, they all work for those four reasons.
