You know, i was reading some stuff recently. Like just one set of rep ranges build muscle better than other rep ranges. As long as you're being able to get one more you don't attempt to get one extra rep. The guys that a lifted over 85 % consistently had a dramatically different fusikue than the guys that didn't. And i could tell a dew that lifted heavy weights.
