If you don't get enough sleep, you're not going to be able to really be incredibly productive. After 16 hours of wakefulness, the cognitive capacities and physiological capacities of the body start to decline dramatically. An after about 20 or 21 hours of being awake, you are as cognitively imperred as some one who would be legally drunk in terms of driving behind the wheel. So there really is a re cycle, refresh rate of a human being. And we know that an i declines dramatically once you get past that 16 hour mark.
