How to Make Sismic Shifts in Organizational Culture
A lot of organizations, in response to that, seem to think that they have to make sismic shifts. And what all that does is it implies that if i help you, you might do better, which, by inference, means i do worse. I did some work with a big, multi national arm chemicals business some years ago and they did exactly this. In fact, people were more withdrawn, because they no longer even had offices in which they could be generous to the few people they trusted.
