Is There a Requirement for Five Years of Experience?

One thing you look for from your perspective as a professional is how many years of experience the applicant has relative to what the job in this case, the company can encourage. I know like I've applied for roles where I have less experience and I still made it pretty far in the process. So my advice there is just apply for anything that sounds interesting. But again, I don't want to hinder or really discourage anyone from putting through an application.
