Even at a two hund and 30 pound competitive body builder that is to some degrees a genetic outlier and a hyper responder, my pre work out carves are only between 18 and 22 grams. That's almost my daily allowance for the day. We number one, i don't count those towards my 30 gram goal that i'll get from vegetable matter or the little bit that's naturally occurring in the other foods that i eat. A technology has done us some favors too. And thereis i use a sic dextran powder on occasion - it's a carbohydrate that's been altered. It presents a lower glycemic response, and it also produces less of an insolent response
