Introduction
OnStrategy Showcase's first show of the year is built off of a couple of things. Ferguson worked for Ford Motor Company here in the US working on the Ford Motor Company brand and there was a CMO who talked about trust as being what he labeled as the trust mark. As a strategist I was sort of intrigued by this and his objective had always been he wanted to he wanted to build trust in the brand.
