What Makes It Intense?
i did it for a couple of years, and then kind of just wanted to move into a slightly different thing. So i still got to spend a lot of time inh theplanners of the department,. but now i get to also and think about stuff more broadly at the agency. Managing any team of high performing, interesting best plannes is going to be intense. And it kind of should be. I think that's the responsibility that comes with probably on of the best jobs in advertising.
