The Advantages of Mayonnaise
Mayonnaise is very easy to spread. It's easy to get an even layer on theirs for your bread toast. And the egg, the protein content in there, also helps it brown a little better. The one thing i would say is, i've tried doing this with cupee mayonnaise and i would not recommend that there's somethingin cupe mayonnaise that gets a really funky flavor when you heat it up.
