Why You Shouldn't Store Your Fish on Ice
i have issues with all the supermarkets, because it's just not handled well. Buying a monionated piece of fish is horrible. Literally, eating fish like that tastes like wind decks,. It's fish gone bad. I'm tired that most of the time it's not scaled, or if it is scaled, it’s not scaled properly. If you don't scale it before you take it off the bone, it's almost impossible to scale it without damaging the flesh of the fish. And i do not like scaling a fish with the back of a sort of dollar knife. I don't like doing that at all. You need the proper tools. You need a scaler
