The Importance of Unit Economics in Late Stage Fundraisers

A lot of my job now with my CFO and my finance team is, am I off-scene? It's just building so much more sophistication on forecasting what all the unit economics will be. Like two years from now, can we forecast what our cost of goods sold is for an entire year? We never had that back in the day. And you just get better at just thinking about unit economics into every decision you make.
