How to Minimize Form Drag

The biggest thing is going to be how high you can keep your legs and hips. I'm personally I like a bit of rotation, probably about 30 to 40 degrees of rotation to each side. Having that extra bit of roll, you do get, you know, the opposite shoulder up out of the water. So you'll get a slight reduction. But it's really, it's a pretty fine line.
