mindfulness does not have to be sitting on a cushion under a tree, clearing your head. Men spend so much automatic thought in judgment, like we don't even realize it. We're not mindful of how much we're judging ourselves all the time. And i think coaching is very similar. It's like, oh, you want me to like actually down load my thoughts and observe them  and see what's in this crazy mess of a head,. Yet not judge them, yet not make it mean anything about you.
