What Data Will Cause You to Change Your Opinion?
When playing poker, I can't see my opponent's cards so I have to build a pretty good model of you. That model is then used to make forecasts about what I think you're going to do in the future. So those are essentially those forecasts that I'm creating or those things that I'm thinking about using that model. Essentially are those signposts that would cause me to change my mind. And if you don't ask yourself that and commit to it on the front end, then you're really falling into a major trap of identity and bias and bad thinking.
