Many people are going through challenging times in their life, maybe they're stuck and they're struggling. And I think one of the key components of man mourning is that it's on the calendar. Knowing I'm meeting the man in the morning crew at seven a.m. on Thursday? It changes everything because I have to get up early enough to be there. You can change what your habits are. So have something on your calendar. We also want to be subconsciously, we want to be liked by our tribe. But if you have a fat friend, you're going to be fat too.
