The VP of sales was basically telling the CEO, hey, don't come to me, go to my boss. He felt like his boss was being kept out of loop and he had to go smooth things over with his boss because the CEO was going straight to him. The reason the CEO is coming to you is that the company is underperforming a little right now. There's nothing to be mad about. You need to kind of figure out what's going on here. What are the frustrations from, from the CEO? Why is this keep happening? And how long can I keep this trend before we have to start taking action?
