In our hiring process, a have a couple in person, 30 to forty five minute phone conversations. And then our final stage is a presentation and a mock call. It's almost half a day of collective time. To me, that's a very expensive meeting. I can't have expensive meetings with my team if we're not lined on what good looks like. So i think this piece in particular has like a ten x return on getting your team aligned on what good Looks Like.
