The Importance of Internal Rotation in Jumping

I've always had like slightly splayed feet and my knees attract kind of straightforward whilst my feet would splay so for me to bring my feet back into here well it meant a lot of internal rotation for my knee. I remember people commenting all the time and I never had a single knee issue but yeah what's really nice is you mentioning kind of well have a look at the single leg version don't assume that just because there's internal rotation at the knee that it's going to translate across to the single leg versions. The stability is much sometimes a lot greater than it can be off two feet where people can get quite lazy with or I'm going to react when I've hit the ground
