Is Adding Tendon Loading Capacity to Tissues a Good Thing?

The proximal hamstring tendonopathy, which is like pretty wild because if someone's listening to this, I don't know. So we see a lot of runners with this condition. And yeah, I rarely even give the single leg RDL exercises out anymore. If I'm going for that loading, it is with two legs. But I do have to say like the Nordics and even like eccentric heel slides like with the bridge on one leg are very challenging.
