How to Measure Success of Community Engagement at GON
GON has two communities, a public community and a customer community. We measure engagement by how many people sign up for community on a weekly, monthly basis. And then we track average upsells with and without community. When a non-customer joins that public community and then becomes a customer, we can attribute them joining the community as a touchpoint in the sales cycle.
