Carb loading can be so incredibly easy if you just know how much food you need to take in and think ahead. The most popular carbs are obviously pasta, bread, rice, pretzels, graham crackers,. fruit, like bananas, things like that. If we're somebody who doesn't tolerate a ton of fiber, let's not do whole wheat pasta and brown rice  and all sorts of things that are high in fiber.
