Everything you want to keep in life, you have to develop habits, systems, rituals. And that's when you know that you're going to keep the results for life. So work on building and expect it to be difficult and comfortable challenging. But understand that it's not going to continue indefinitely. Like for me, I lost weight that I needed to lose and now I'm maintaining it and it doesn't feel like any work at all. It's just what I do every single day.
