The ACE test is a standardized test of 10 questions. For example, have you been sexually abused? Did you grow up in a household where one of your parents physically assaulted the other? And it's probably not surprising that the more you score on that, the worse your emotional health,. meaning the greater the likelihood of anxiety, depression, suicidality and these things.
