How to Be a Profitable Car Business
We see about a 20% contribution margin. So this is actually a profitable business, but that's to offset for the risk that we take in owning the car. We've got a wait list of customers. And so we do not want to have cars sitting idle. The only time a car sits idle for us is if it's on its way into the fleet and getting prepped and ready for activation.
