How to Recover After a Race
How long we should recover after a race depends on the type of race. The way I try to think about it is perhaps on three different levels. It could be anywhere from a couple of days up to a week. Sometimes you'll see after a few days, the legs are feeling better, but you don't really want to run anymore. That can be a sign that something's not quite right yet.
