I wonder if some people like everything I feel like so often circles back to shame. Do you see this come up? Oh, absolutely,absolutely. And like that word should comes up a lot with shame, right? So whenever you find yourself uttering the should could would, that is typically like an invitation for you to dig a little deeper around what is making it difficult for you to go to that place. It's not a knock on you if you're not at that place. But I think recognizing that, you know, like, I don't know that I can be vulnerable in this relationship.
