How to Diagnosis Overtraining

I think feeling is important but also it's relative to the volume of work that you've been doing. The last couple of weeks is usually kind of the more important piece there. I try and get myself amped up somehow. Having a coach is really important for understanding when it's time to keep going hard and when it'stime to be done with a block. It's just having somebody kind of looking over your shoulder giving you a little bit of affirmation that you're doing the right thing.
