What Are the Predominant Factors That Lead Up to COVID Injuries?
I've trained more or less regularly between three to five times a week in a gym using resistance weights for 25, 30 plus years. I was only able to deadlift with a maximum weight of 80 kilos. The other factor as well is the reduction in rest periods that I had between doing my sex. And you know, when someone comes up to you in the gym and says, how many sets you got left there, mate, it always puts that little bit of subconscious pressure to rush through your rest periods.
