The Importance of Emotional State in Sport Training
The two biggest areas of research and placebo are pain and motor control. We have to consider what is our innate psycho emotional state as much as our physical state before we actually start that training. There I think there are design features we can build into our programs that help. It's about how do you extract information from the athlete important information? And maybe make it a bit more consistent.
