Every thought that we have is down stream from what we consume. You need to be very careful about who you let into your city. Almost daily, i get at least a handful of thoughts that i take notes on. Heavy ration and refinement are two other things I would add. What do you do when you have nothing to do? When no one is expecting something of you? There are a lot of little interstitial moments throughout the day.
In this episode of Infinite Loops we spoke with James Clear, author of the bestselling book Atomic Habits. In this fascinating discussion, we cover:
- Maintaining habits amid COVID-19
- The importance of time horizons
