I always say that we need to take care of our training. And so, you know, it's doing the little things like stretching or whatever,. But it's also saying, hey, if i'm going out for a big run, then i need to eat before... and recovery after. So i think, yes, in some ways, increased training increase the load but it can just be as simple as taking care what you're doing around your runs.
