When we feel threatened, we go in to fight, flight or freeze response when the problem is ourselves. And if we don't think logically about what went wrong and what happened, we just think, danger. It's part of u thinking that, well, maybe if i just play dead, the danger'll go away. When you feel shamed, it's not a motivating mind set. It's actually debilitating mind set.
