"I can tell if the competitive content is moreso just trying to get me to hit features every time. But it's not really getting to the why of what the other person cares about," he says. "And so if if the content that i'm getting doesn't help me, story, what it is that we're doing to help them solve their problem better than other options"? He adds: "There's a few otherthings i can probably spout off, but those are probably the biggest ones."
