The RDA for Protein
There are many conflicting numbers floating around about protein from the RDA, the recommended dietary allowance. The RDA is the level of a nutrient that are judged by the food and nutrition board to be adequate to meet the nutrient needs of practically all healthy persons. It's sort of like what's the basic that you need, basic amount. Like just let's survive for the meat.
